Former DTHA Aspirant, Oyibokwifi Plays Host To UPU Youthwing Excos In Abuja

A former aspirant for the Delta State House of Assembly, Ughelli South Constituency and SSA to the Deputy Senate President, Sen (Bar) Ovie Omo-Agege on Special Duties, Hon. John Ighoruemu Oyibokwifi, yesterday played host to the leadership of Urhobo Progress Union (UPU), Youthwing, Worldwide, ably led by Comrade Efemena Umukoro.
According to the executive members, upon his knowledge that the leadership of the UPU youthwing and some members of the executive were in Abuja for an official assignment, he (Oyibokwifi) requested to host the leadership of the UPU youthwing on his capacity.
Umukoro said: “The UPU youthwing honoured his request joyfully because it is nice seeing Urhobo youths going global and becoming good ambassadors of Urhobo nation.
“As a union, the UPU youthwing is not only proud of Oyibokwifi, but also happy with his charisma, character, good sense of humour and his achievements so far. Truly he is an outstanding Urhobo young man doing well for himself.”
According to him, during the hosting, they were able to x-ray and elaborate some of their future programs and success story so far.
“The meeting ended with all hands and party agreeing to work for the common growth of the Urhobo youths,” he added.
