Delta Community Plays Host To New PS, Bragiwa, Amidst Jubilation

It was a great celebration at Oghara the administrative Headquarters of Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State when the good people of Oghareki Community recently played host to her first ever Permanent Secretary, Dr. (Sir.) Moses Onorode Bragiwa JP, at Udurhie Primary School, Oghareki.
Dr. Moses Onorode Bragiwa was appointed Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Technical Education, Asaba by the Delta State Governor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.
On his new appointment, Dr. Bragiwa thanked God Almighty for his miracles in his life and family.
The PS while expressing deep gratitude to the Executive Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, for appointing an Oghareki son in the history of Oghara Kingdom, again appreciated the good people of Oghareki for the warm reception in his honour.

Bragiwa told journalists that Technical Education is the foundation for development and such, urged parents to give their children the best education, noting that education is a prerequisite in every nation, maintaining that with Technical Education, you will not only acquire skills but also further on the career of your choice.
The New PS said that the government had deemed it necessary in addition to the already existing six Technical Colleges, to start building nineteen new ones and currently, nine at the infrastructure stage have started and every local government is to have one Technical College across the state for the benefit of all Deltans.
The event was attended by personalities within and outside Oghara Kingdom among whom were HRM, Nobel Eshimetan, Orefe 111, the Ovie of Oghara Kingdom.
Others are Rt. Hon. Ben Igbakpa, Member representing Ethiope Federal Constituency I the House of Representatives, Chief Henry Ofa, Hon. Mrs. Joyce Ajayi Okoduwa, various social and political groups among others were present.
