A global peace ambassador and human rights activist cum an environmentalist, Chief Sheriff Mulade, has expressed delight over the elevation and appointment of Pastor Malcolm Oteri as the substantive General Manager of the Delta Broadcasting service, DBS, Warri, Delta State.
Comrade Mulade, the National Coordinator/ Chief Executive Officer, Centre for Peace and Environmental Justice, CEPEJ, appreciated God for giving the government the right wisdom in appointing Oteri to successfully take over as substantive General Manager of DBS Warri.
He as well commended Governor Okowa for such well deserved professional decision at appointing the right person in DBS Warri.
The CEPEJ National Coordinator/CEO described Pst. Malcolm Oteri as a true man of God discharging his duties according to God’s direction and power.

Chief Mulade who is also a traditional title holder from the great Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri Douth-West, Delta state urged staff of DBS Warri to support the new GM to succeed.
According to Chief Mulade “PST Malcolm Oteri is a professional journalist/media manager. He is a very humble man because I am a fan of DBS both Warri and Asaba I will always support the establishment to prosper. Therefore, I appeal to others to support our own broadcasting station in order for us to reach out passing them as gate way.”
