Video: Gov Obaseki’s Aide Collapses During His Inauguration

The Aide-de-camp (ADC) to Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki on Thursday collapsed during the swearing-in ceremony of the governor at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Edo State.

Naija News understands that the governor was reading his inaugural speech when the incident happened.

The event, a low key one, held at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Edo State, and the oath of office was administered by the State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Esther Edigin.

It was the Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu, flanked by his wife, that first took the oath of office at about 11.48pm, before Governor Godwin Obaseki, also flanked by his wife took his own oath of office at about 12.00pm.
