Uvwie Love Brothers Congratulate Ofoni, Wife On Chieftaincy Conferment

Uvwie prestigious association, Uvwie Love Brothers has congratulated one of its distinguished member, the Executive Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Council, Chief Hon Anthony Onoriode Ofoni and his wife who will be conferred chieftaincy titles by HRM Dr Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso JP OON Abe 1 on Saturday, 7th February, 2026.

This was contained in a goodwill message signed by coordinators of the association, Engineer Chief Tom Eyejewefe and Mr Munis Kodesoh made available to newsmen at the weekend.

Uvwie Love Brothers Felicitate With Omabuwa On His Marriage Ceremony
Meanwhile, an Uvwie based association, Uvwie Love Brothers has felicitated with one of its members, Mr Oshoff Samson Omabuwa who will be getting married to his heartthrob, Jolomi Esther Obioma on Saturday, 7th February, 2026.

In another development, DELSU has extended the submission of first semester Continuous Assessments (CAs) for the 2025/2026 academic session. The Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) who said this in an official memo, recalled that a circular dated 3rd February, 2026 was issued to Deans of Faculties on the submission of First Semester Continuous Assessments (CAs) for the 2025/2026 academic session, with the deadline set for Friday, 20th February, 2026. Adding: “Following appeals from some Deans of Faculties, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Samuel O.Asagba, has approved a final extension of the submission deadline by one (1) week. “Accordingly, all Departments are required to forward their Continuous Assessments (CAs) to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) on or before Friday, 27th February, 2026,” saying that “no further extension will be granted.” “Deans and Heads of Departments are requested to ensure strict compliance,” he said. Meanwhile, Deans of Faculties have been informed of the urgent need to submit the 100 Level result spreadsheets for the 2024/2025 academic session. According to Owamah, all Heads of Departments (HODs) are to download their respective 100 Level result spreadsheets from the University Result Engine and forward same to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) on or before Thursday, 12th February, 2026, for onward transmission to the Vice-Chancellor.
