Late Hon Owhefere Was An Exceptional Legislator And Kindhearted To The Mgt And Staff Of The Assembly —DTHA Clerk
The Clerk, Delta State House of Assembly, Mrs. Lyna Aliya Ocholor Esq. has described the Late Majority Leader, Hon. Tim Kome Owhefere (KSC) Esq., as an exceptional legislator who was kind-hearted to the management and staff of the Assembly.
Mrs. Lyna Aliya Ocholor made these remarks in her office shortly after the valedictory session held in honor of the Late Majority Leader in the hallowed chamber of the state House of Assembly, on Tuesday 2nd February, 2021, in Asaba, the State Capital.
She stated that the late Majority Leader was a motivator and a team player.
In her words; “Hon. Tim Owhefere was a highly exceptional legislator, kind-hearted to the management and staff, and was full of service and sacrifice, adding that he was a motivator, very simple and easy to access any day, anytime.
He has contributed greatly to the maintenance of peace, stability and mutual cooperation amongst the Honorable members of the assembly.”

Mrs Lyna Aliya Ocholor noted that late Hon. Tim Owhefere was not only a boss to her, but her great in-law that the long hand of death has snatched away from them suddenly.
“His death was shocking and painful to all the staff. We will miss his leadership role in the affairs of the Assembly,” she added.
The Clerk of the House prayed that God will continue to grant the Assembly and the bereaved families the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.
