JUST IN: Udu Timber Market On Fire, As Youths, Others Battle To Put It Out (PHOTOS)

A fire outbreak has consumed the timber market in Udu area of Delta State, Emerald news reports.
The timber market is close to the bridge connecting Warri to Udu.
A video posted by one Sunny Basikoro saw a heavy smoke accompanying the fire at the said market.
Basikoro and others on the video were seen calling on the state fire service to come to their aid as the fire with its yellow tongue was licking up the timber.

Some of the youths around were seen carrying bucket with water but their efforts were futile as the fire burned and spread.
The youths appeared helpless as they could not get close to the fire.
The cause of the fire was still unknown at the time of filing this report.
