Yoruba Leader Commends Gov. Okowa For Appointing Ukah As SSG In Delta

The Delta State Governor, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, has been commended for the choice and appointment of Chief Patrick Ukah as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) .
The Asiwaju of Yoruba in Okpanam kingdom, Chief Abojede Teslim, gave the commendation in Okpanam, Oshimili North Local Government Area while fielding questions from newsmen.
Chief Abojede Teslim, who described the appointment as well deserved, said that the new SSG had continued to distinguish himself as a seasoned technocrat and politician.
While saying that Chief Ukah had been adding values to the Okowa led administration, Chief Teslim congratulated the SSG on his appointment.
He appreciated the governor for his administration’s massive roads and other infrastructural development in different parts of the state and Okpanam in particular.
Chief Teslim, who also lauded the traditional ruler of Okpanam kingdom, Chief (Dr) Michael Mbanefo Ogbolu, for the level of unity and peace in the community, pledged the unalloyed support of the Yorubas in the community.
The Asiwaju Yoruba urged his people to remain peaceful and contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of Okpanam Community.
