BREAKING! Principals’ Cup: College Of Commerce In Warri Qualifies For Final

College of Commerce, Warri, football team have qualified for the final in this year’s 2021 Zenith Bank /Delta Principals’ Cup organized by Delta State Government for public schools in the state.

College of Commerce football team defeated Ovwor Mixed Secondary School of Ughelli South at the Sapele centre in a crucial game through an intense penalty shootout which saw them through to the finals.

College of Commerce is the defending champions from Warri South, coach of the team Uncle Emmanuel Efeyan and the Game Master of the College, Comrade Godwin Ohwofasa are however sure of victory at the finals as they await their next opponent from Osadennis Mixed School, Asaba in the final to be played Friday November 26 at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba the Delta State Capital.

Principal, College of Commerce Warri, Mr. Felix Useh, charged his boys to be courageous and prayerfully thankful to God for victory ahead and do everything possible to come home with the cup once again as a mark of honour for the 75th anniversary celebration of the founders day of the College.

National President of College of Commerce Old Students Association, COCOSA, Barr. Ederi Patrick, National Secretary Kolawole Enijuni and Chairman, COCOSA 75th planning Anniversary Committee, Chief Reginald Amadi both encouraged the team to go out and defend their title, win and come home with the trophy.
