The attention of the southern league leader, Sen. Edevbie O Emmanuel and thousands of Delta State Law tudents have been drawn to the purpoted google meet inauguration of unelected and handpicked persons by TOMA.

Toma’s Fortune and his allies move to inaugurate chapters coordinator without due process in a secret Google meeting is shameful.

This is due to TOMA eminent fear of losing control over his presumed firm and he can no longer use the association to siphon from the members of the state, hence he decided in a hurry for GOOGLE MEETING APP Inauguration for none elected persons who were handpicked to expand his greed and selfish vision.

As we all know that law students are the emerging mirror of the society, what is expected to be the primary duty of TOMA and his allies should be or ought to be seeking peace among us since he is now in law school but he still wants to reap from his illicit business within the state he bent on antiquating other members opinions and ideas.

Our joy is that TOMA has been able to prove us right by his actions and step to inaugurate his handpicked persons, without legal framework and electoral process all for his personal needs.

The said inauguration has no probable value to us DELSAN and we are not part of the said inauguration.

TOMA has over enjoyed the privilege of peace and the thought of not washing our dirty linens outside, which makes him believe that he can continue his fake life among us and also impair the strength of other members of the association.

Over a month now we have watched his Demeanor and we understand that TOMA and his allies lack credibility to extremity.

We have given TOMA superfluous ideas on how the body can be on track but because he was crowned with a selfish crown that has blocked or blindfolded his sense of judgment other person’s ideas are usually regarded as the antagonist.

TOMA and his allies have lost relevance as far the association is concerned and for the fact that you failed to utilize internal mechanisms in resolving issues and even with the intervention of the national Lawsan president and other well-meaning law students, we will not seize to follow you to any level until you account for this millions.

The said TOMA can not change from the style of secret dealings and still thinking the association is still in a state of Obscurity because of his oblivious or superficial condition.

We are ready for the game as far we are demanding the legitimate process.

We expected Toma by now to have realized his mistake and be ready to turn a new leaf but instead, he continues with his illegal activities.

Toma and his allies are taking DELSAN as their program where they can dictate the course of action with the words of their mouths.

Toma inaugurating unelected coordinators which he had hand pick to bury his shame and swiftly hand over to cover his illicit act perpetuated under the cover of default Delsan is a thing of concern and raises the further alarm.

Why is he doing all this, running an association secretly without a legal framework, running a bank account as a sole signatory without a constitution, and making secret appointments, why is he against drafting a constitution for the association, and where have all the fundraised?

Toma fortune has questions to answer, We are still asking him, how can you run an association without a legal framework and not ready to draft one.

TOMA appears very intelligent from the way he speaks and we see him like one who can break walls, but all these are in doubt since he can personally Conner a public property to personal deal and we don’t know how TOMA will be able to manage bigger office if he can not manage association still in embryo. How are we sure of future dealings with TOMA.

In the statement released by Toma, The inauguration planned for 28th December 2021 at 4 pm on Google meeting is for strict invitees.

This his move to do inauguration in a closed-door meeting just points out his intention to hide the existence of the association to continue with his illicit act of using the association to siphon funds.

In time, Toma and his 18member committee will answer questions about the law school scholarship and money raised with the name of the association, this is questions he can not avoid answering.

However, While we urge the general public to disassociate themselves from Toma and is 18 delegates member for any further dealings because their actions are not in the interest of Delsan.

We are also announcing to all Delta state Law students across Nigeria institutions that Delsan has Constituted a 10 members Constitutional drafting committee.

We promise the Public transparency and accountability till we legally inaugurate Delsan and in bit to keep to the promise we are publishing the name of the Constitution drafting committee member.
