That in the spirit of mutual understanding, peace, solidarity and just course, we realized that certain words and terms used for and against Mr., Toma Fortune in the publications were improper and same were born out of heat of passion. We therefore retract same in the spirit of professionalism and in view of the fact that the said Association is collectively made of “future lawyers” who are deemed as learned friends in the temple of justice.
In the same vein, we state categorically acting in the general welfare and interest of the members of the Delta State Law Students that the following bold front and just course is firmly maintained and demanded to wit:
That the 18 Members delegates and the purportedly inaugurated chapter coordinators vide Online Google App Meeting on the 28th day of December, 2021 is null and void ab initio, as same is done without due process and do not represent the interests of the entire DELSAN, and as such have no veto from the association.
