Before making a formal departure from the PDP that he said has ruined Delta, Hon. Okoro noted that the PDP has no plans whatsoever to develop the State.
He said there is, therefore, no need to deceive anybody, adding that PDP rule in Delta State represents the years of the locusts.
He urged all those who are genuinely pained about the terrible state of infrastructures in the State to support the APC for a better Delta.
