Enugu Guber 2023: Kaduna Businessman Rallies Support For Ekweremadu

A frontline sports equipment and accessories dealer and supplier in Kaduna State, Mr. Cletus Andeh Ogbonna has said that former Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu is the most qualified to emerge governor of Enugu State in next year’s general election.

Ogbonna popularly known as OGBON among friends and business associates, expressed this when he hosted like minds at the Sabo Villa Lounge in Kaduna to an end of year dinner on Friday December 31, 2021.

“We are all aware of his track records and achievements recorded throughout his political career. Senator Ekweremadu is not a baby weight politician, but one that understands the needs of his people and has being silently meeting same as a Senator from our dear state,” he said.

The businessman, dressed in t-shirt and cap branded with “Ekweremadu for Enugu 2023”, he told the gathering that it was in view of that he organised the end of year dinner, to start mobilizing support for someone he believes will take Enugu State to greater heights if given the mandate.

Several guests at the dinner, described Ogbonna’s move as a step in the right direction, pledging their support to the initiative.

As part of activities at the event, prayers were offered for host state, Kadunà, Enugu and NIgeria. Ekweremadu 2023 branded t-shirts and caps were distributed to all present.
