Princeton Akpojaro Sponsored 10Km Road Race To Hold In Ughelli, Asaba Feb 13, 20

The 2022 edition of the 10 Kilometres road race organised for students of public and private secondary schools in Ughelli and Asaba by Princeton Akpojaro Running Enterprise will hold on Feb 13 and 20, 2022 respectively.
The initiative, which is geared towards enhancing the physical and mental health and fitness among students in the state will contribute in preparing the younger ones for a long distance running.
According to the organiser of the race ,in this year’s edition which promises to be exciting, the first boy and girl to cross the finish line will go home with the sum of # 80, 000 while the second and third positions will win the sum of #40,000 and #20,000 and same amount go to their respective schools.
Similarly, all participating runners who cross the finish line will get a special medal, T-shirt and goodie bag containing snacks , fruits and energy drinks, adding that interested students should register in their schools.

Akpojaro noted that the adults 10 Kilometres road race will hold in Ughelli and Asaba on February 13 and 20 , 2022 and it is open to interested public / private workers who are kinterested to be fit and healthy.
He added that in the adults category, 300 spaces were available for interested participants including additional 50 slots for civil servants in the 10 kilometres race .
He said that there would be prizes for the top three men and women finishers including free race photographs for the adults race even as he enjoined interested parties to start training.
