27-Year-Old Man Sentenced To 14 Years Imprisonment For Defiling 2 Minors In Abia

Chukwunyere Okechukwu Akomas, a 27-year-old man, has been sentenced to 14 years imprisonment for def!ling two minors, aged 8 and 11.
He was sentenced to jail by a mobile court sitting in Umuahia, Abia State.
Akomas was sentenced on Friday, January 10, 2025.

The court found Akomas guilty on both counts and sentenced him to 14 years imprisonment on each count, to run concurrently.
Human rights activist and coordinator of Behind Bar Foundation, Abia State chapter, disclosed this on Friday night.
