NAPPS Delta Chairman Says Secretariat Project Won't Stop At Groundbreaking, As South-South VP Hails Chapter

The Delta State Chairman of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS), Deaconess (Mrs) Precious Young Nwanne, has assured members that the development of the chapter’s proposed secretariat complex and multipurpose auditorium will continue beyond the groundbreaking ceremony, expressing hope that the facility will be completed and opened during her administration.

Nwanne gave the assurance in an exclusive interview with Oasis Magazine during the groundbreaking ceremony for the proposed project at Olodu, Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State, as part of activities marking the 2026 NAPPS Day.

She described the ceremony as the fulfilment of a long-standing dream, recalling that upon assuming office in 2023, she promised members that the chapter would acquire its own land before the end of her tenure.

The chairman expressed gratitude to God for making the acquisition of the land possible, noting that the groundbreaking marked a major step towards providing the association with a permanent secretariat.
