Warri: Governor’s Office Annexe To Hold Special Prayer Session Jan 28.

The Director in charge of the Governor’s Office Annexe Warri, Mrs.Violet Onowakpokpo, has stressed the need for civil and public servants to always appreciate God in order to continue more blessings.

In a statement made available to newsmen in Warri, the Director said that it was in line with the tradition of the office to organise an annual prayer session .

According to the Director , the annual event in which employees of the Government and Political office holders converge to thank God and pray for the success of His Excellency, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa the Governor of Delta State.

The statement added that the programme which would be attended by the Deputy Governor Deacon Kingsley Otuaro as a Special Guest of Honour , while the Head , Prayer Department of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Region 23 , Pastor Lucky Okparabenyor would be the Guest Speaker .

According to Mrs. Onowakpapo, the theme of the programme is, ‘The Heart of Gratitude’ is scheduled to hold on Friday January 28 ,2022 at the Unity Hall Governor’s Office Annexe, Warri beginning from 10:00am prompt.

The Director further disclosed other features of the event to include praise and worship, exhortation, prayers for Civil and Public servants , the state and the Nation at large.
