Delta State Deputy Governor and 2023 governorship aspirant, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, has disclosed that his asset to win the 2023 governorship was God.
Otuaro made the disclosure while speaking to newsmen in Asaba, the state capital.
When told that other deputy governors who had aspired for the same position did not make it, Otuaro said “there is what is called jinx and jinxes are meant to be broken.

“They are jinxes because they have ingredients that constitute them, making them breakable. They are so breakable when you have God. I have God in me. God is the asset I have.”
While reacting to the question of his being quiet and gentle, Otuaro observed that people might have different perception about anyone, saying that quiet individuals were mostly the strongest people.
“According to him, ” The most quiet people are the strongest. When you see a man that is quiet, his inner strength of character cannot be undermined,” he added.
He assured Deltans that he had the capacity to industrialise and transform the state.
