Birthday: Otuaro Is A Blessing To Niger Delta, PAP, Says Arthur Warefa

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, TUWASCO MARINE SERVICES Nigeria Limited, Engr. Arthur Warefa has described Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD, Administrator of Presidential Amnesty Programme PAP, as great blessing to Niger Delta region.

Reacting to Otuaro ‘s birthday celebration on Monday, Warefa in a congratulatory statement said Otuaro has shown to be a blessing to beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

Warefa, an Ijaw entrepreneur and specialist in Boat Manufacturing thanked God for the life of Otuaro, adding that Otuaro has contributed immensely to the development of Delta State and Niger Delta region.

He noted that since Otuaro assumed office he has demonstrated capacity and competence in managing the Amnesty Programme.

Warefa also called on Amnesty beneficiaries and stakeholders in Niger Delta to continue supporting Otuaro to enable him deliver on the assignment given to him by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
