UPDATED: David Edevbie Defeats Sherrif Oborevwori At Federal High Court Abuja
By Daniel Dafe
A Federal High Court in Abuja has ruled that Sherrif Oborevwori is not qualified to contest the 2023 governorship election in Delta State.
Recall that Edevbie, also a governorship aspirant that participated in the primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state had approached the court to disqualify Oborevwori over certificate issues.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo in his judgement held that Oborevwori lacked the legal competence to participate in the election.
