Umiaghwa Abraka Monarch, Ararile Calls For Calm After Viral Video Of Vigilante, Herdsmen Clash

Following the circulation of the viral video showing vigilantes exchanging gun fire with some suspected Fulani herdsmen around the railway station at Umeghe-Abraka, His Royal Majesty (AVM) Lucky Ochuko Ararile (RTD) Avwaeke 1, Ovie of Umiaghwa, Abraka has called for calm among sons, daughters and residents in Umiaghwa-Abraka Kingdom, just as he asked them to go about their normal daily activities without fear or worry as the security agencies have been informed and action is being taken.

This was contained in a statement signed by CHIEF ONUVIE EMORE (KSM), CHIEF PRESS SECRETARY TO
OVIE OF UMIAGHWA-ABRAKA KINGDOM.

According to the statement, “His Royal Majesty enjoins everyone to be security conscious and avoid the temptation to upload unverified videos on social media,” saying that “this is capable of causing severe panic among the populace.

Furthermore, the monarch wished everyone a happy Eid-El- Kabri.
