Delta State APC Together Foundation and her 78,340 secured canvassers and voters, have felicitated with the Deputy Senate President and the party’s 2023 guber candidate, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege, on his 59th birth anniversary.
A statement signed by the group’s state Executive Director, Comrade Shadrack Okusuwa, said that Senator Agege has contributed to the growth of the party at the national and state level, just as the Foundation wished him many more fruitful years of success, achievements and history-making exploits.
The statement reads in part: “Senator Omo-Agege has lived up to the expectations of the good people of Delta State particularly his Delta Central Senatorial District.

“We wish our amiable Senator Omo-Agege a long and prosperous life in the land of the living and in superlative health condition.
“The voice of the people is the voice of God and that is why we have chosen his birthday at 59, to join the entire world to celebrate this great man whom God has blessed with a weird sense of purposeful and visionary leadership. What else do we ask from God for a man who has worked assiduously to bring development to not only Delta Central but other senatorial districts because he is a senator for all?”
The group noted that, the ‘Obarisi’ of Urhobo-land is a God sent to uplift the state and assured the guber candidate that they will contribute their quota towards his emergence as goverernor of the state, come 2023.
“Words are not enough for us to take advantage of the 59th birth anniversary of the Deputy Senate President to tell the telling world how he has done to uplift humanity. We celebrate him and ask God to enlarge his coast for his best is yet to come.
“At 59, our Omo-Agege is just starting gathering laurels of excellence and this says the alchemy that makes heroes of mortal men should uplift him above his contemporaries,” the Executive Director stated.
The group also prayed for peace and unity in all his struggles.
