2023: Waive Promises To Focus On Human Capital, Education, Development, Others.

Member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency, Hon Francis Waive has said that, if elected again, his legislative agenda will focus on areas of human-capital, education, health, and infrastructural development.
The pastor cum lawmaker said this in a statement on Tuesday.
He said: “My earnest desire is to serve my people rightly, to deliver dividends of democracy, to provide selfless service and leadership of honesty, sincerely and inclusion.”

He also stated that if given another chance, he will consolidate on the good works he has started, adding, “I promise to provide quality representation and effective legislative intervention at the Green Chambers that will positively touch the nerve of my people.”
Speaking further, the lawmaker said, “I am in this race to deliver and make an unforgettable difference for the people of Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu Federal Constituency”.
