Two Countries Eliminated From 2022 World Cup
Two countries have already been sent packing from the 2022 World Cup by the end of last weekend.
They are: Qatar and Canada.
Qatar have lost their first two matches at the tournament. The hosts were defeated 2-0 by Ecuador in the opening match, before suffering a 3-1 reverse to Senegal.
They became the quickest host nation to be knocked out in the 92-year history of the World Cup.
Qatar cannot qualify for the Round of 16 no matter what happens in their final group game against the Netherlands.
On Sunday, Canada became the second team to be eliminated from the tournament, after losing 4-1 to Croatia.

Alphonso Davies scored his nation’s first ever World Cup within two minutes of the game.
But Croatia fired back twice before half-time through Andrej Kramaric and Marko Livaja.
Kramaric scored again, before midfielder Lovro Majer added the fourth in extra time.
The results mean Canada remain without a point in Group F having lost both of their first two games. They are now an insurmountable four points behind joint-group leaders Croatia and Morocco.
