BREAKING! 2023: Peter Obi Defeats Atiku In Delta

The long-awaited Presidential Election results in Delta State is out and has left Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, running mate to the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, who also is the governor of the state, coming behind Peter Obi, the flag bearer of the Labour Party.
Results announced by the Delta State Presidential Election Collation Officer (SCOPE), Prof. Owunari Abraham Georgewill of the University of Port-Harcourt, today, Tuesday, 28th February, 2023, at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Delta State Headquarters, Asaba, saw LP garnering a total of 341,866 votes to defeat the PDP that polled 161,600 votes.
The APC clinched the third spot with 90,183 votes.
INEC also gave the totak number of Registered Voters as 3,225,046 and Accredited Voters as 667,149.
Adding: Total Valued Votes -615,342; Rejected Votes -39,309 and Total Votes Cast -654,650.
