Enang said despite the celebrations by Akainomo Udofia that he’s the candidate, Supreme Court, according to him did not confer any candidature on Udofia nor him.

The APC chieftain said it’s unfortunate that some people who were not in the APC at the formative stage in 2014 have taken over the party.
Enang contended that Udofia was not a member of the APC on May 27, 2022 when the governorship primary took place.
He said; “ The certified true copy of the Supreme Court judgement will be out tomorrow or Thursday, but it did not confer candidate on any of us. I can tell you that APC has no gubernatorial candidate in Akwa Ibom on Saturday. “
