Omo-Agege Kept Back Money APC Gave Him For Agents, Logistics During Election — Cairo Ojougboh Alleges
A member of the All Progressives Congress in Delta State, Cairo Ojougboh, has stated that he is not surprised by the fact that Senator Omo-Agege failed to win the gubernatorial election in Delta State despite the support he got from the federal government.
According to Cairo Ojougboh, when the All Progressives Congress was getting ready for the presidential and national assembly elections, the party gave Omo-Agege money which was meant to be used to pay agents of thee party and for other logistics, but Omo-Agege kept the money to himself.

Ojougboh claimed that Omo-Agege did not support Bola Tinubu and for that reason, he used the money which was meant to promote the election of Bola Tinubu for hi personal use.
Speaking further he revealed that Omo-Agege imposed himself as the Governorship Candidate of the APC in Delta State and he was opposed by some APC members in Delta State.
Ojougboh further stated that he had warned Omo-Agege that his style of aggressive politics cannot enable him to win the governorship election in Delta State, but after his advise and protest, Omo-Agege failed to listen and the party leadership at the national level failed to replace Omo-Agege as the Governorship Candidate of the party.
