Debt: Suspected Cultist Stabs Fellow Member To Death In Delta

Traders and buyers at the yam section of Igbudu Market , Hausa Quarters, Warri/Sapele Road ran for their lives as a cultist allegedly stabbed his fellow cultist to death for demanding debt from him in the early evening of Friday 2nd June, 2023.
It was gathered that the notorious cultist simply identified as Abdurasam had a serious argument with his unidentified fellow cult member over money he borrowed from him.
Abdurasam was said to be so furious with his fellow cult member that he allegedly stabbed him at his chest region.
Abdurasam ‘ s fellow cult member was said to have bled to death as the area was deserted by people that would have rendered help to him for obvious reason.
There were conflicting reports that Abdurasam was apprehended by vigilante members in the market after the incident while another report had it that he immediately fled the scene after the incident.
The Police Public Relations Officer PPRO Delta State Police Headquarters Asaba, DSP Bright Edafe did not confirm the incident.
