Akasa Lauds Ebrumede DPO Over Achievement In Crime Prevention

The Unuevworo of Uvwie Kingdom, High Chief Hope Akasa (JP) has lauded the Divisional Police Officer ( DPO ) in charge of Ebrumede Police Division, Uvwie Local Government Area, CSP Ndifreka Iwok over his achievements in prevention of crime so far in the area.

Akasa who is the highest tradititioal chief in Uvwie Kingdom, made the commendation during the visit of the police officer to his residence at Alaka Quarters, Effurun Uvwie Local Government Area on Tuesday ,22nd August, 2023.

He however charged CSP Ndifreka Iwok and his colleagues in other police divisional headquarters in Uvwie Local Government Area to put in their best in ensuring that the area is crime free.

“This is the desire of our royal father, HRM Abe 1 and indeed the disire of all well meaning Uvwie people. Our royal father is a crusader of peace.

“We need peace in order to attract investors and other meaningful developments to Uvwie,” he added.

Akasa also assured that the Uvwie monarch was always prepared to give the police and other security agents the necessary assistance in the prevention of crime in Uvwie Local Government Area.

He therefore stated that criminals in the local government area should relocate to elsewhere and that they should not give the area a bad name.”

He continued: “We shall continue to assist the police in ensuring that criminals are made to face the wrath of the law.”

CSP Iwok was on a visit to the respected Uvwie high chief who had a health challenge .
