First Class Biochemistry Student Dies In Accident After Burying Father, Graduating
It was an unfortunate, painful and untimely ending for Miss Chidera Johnson, a First class graduate of Biochemistry of the Federal University Otuonye Bayelsa State who was crushed to death by a speeding driver of a HONDA CRV.
Late Miss Chidera who is from Arongwa in Osisioma LGA of Abia State is the only child of her parents and recently buried her father on 21st September 2023.
She graduated with first class honours in Biochemistry from Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State on the 30th of September 2023.
An eyewitness who spoke to Promise Uzoma Okoro said late Chidera was on a bike returning from a gas station where she went to fill their gas and as the motorcycle rider was crossing the road, the speeding driver of the HONDA CRV car crushed them which led to her instant death alongside the Motorcycle rider.

It was also gathered that the car hit another motorcycle, two buses which led to the instant death of about 7 people on the spot that Saturday.
Ironically the driver of the speeding vehicle did not die.
The said accident that claimed the life of the fresh graduate happened on the 14th of October 2023.
