LASEPA Seals Carizma Hotel For Noise Pollution

In furtherance of its campaign against noise pollution and other environmental infractions, LASEPA today sealed Carizma Hotel and Luxury Suites located at Abule Egba area of the State.

Despite receiving multiple warnings and agreeing to guidelines in previous meetings with the agency, the hotel failed to comply with stipulated noise levels.

The decision to seal the hotel was made and carried out on Wednesday after it violated the terms outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding signed during earlier meetings, which included commitments to cease noisy activities by 10 pm and adhere to approved noise levels.
