Delta PDP Stalwart, Agbomah Felicitates Gov. Oborevwori On Supreme Court Victory

A former House of Assembly aspirant and top People’s Democratic Party stakeholder in the Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State, Chief Kenneth Ekitu Agbomah, has felicitated with the State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori on his election victory at the Supreme Court on Friday.
Recall that the 2023 governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the state, Ovie Omo-Agege had dragged Governor Oborevwori to court, challenging his election victory in the state.
Speaking with Journalists in Asaba on Saturday, Agbomah hailed the Supreme Court for affirming Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as the duly elected Governor of Delta State.
While felicitating with the residents across the 25 LGAs of the state, the Oshimili North PDP stalwart emphasized that Governor Oborevwori’s victory is a victory for peace, unity and sustainable development of the state and its economic prosperity.
He, therefore, called on the APC governorship candidate and all the residents irrespective of their political affiliations to set aside their differences and join hands with the Governor to move the state to greater heights.

“I want to commend the PDP lawyers for their good presentation of evidences at the Supreme Court which led to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s victory.
“The victory today at the Apex Court reflects the desires of many Deltans who stood against all odds to cast their votes on the election day. I want to urge all residents of the state to see the verdict of the court as victory for democracy.
“I also appeal that we should all come together in unity and give maximum support to the Governor to enable him deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of the state,” he added.
Our Correspondent reports that Chief Kenneth Ekitu Agbomah who hails from Ebu community in the Oshimili North LGA, massively campaigned about the MORE Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori during the 2023 governorship election in the state.
