Birthday: Deacon Otuaro Felicitates Ibori At 66

His Excellency Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State has felicitated with Chief James Onanefe Ibori on his 66th birth anniversary.

Dcn. Otuaro described Chief Ibori who was a former Governor of the state as a great leader whose exemplary leadership qualities played pivotal roles in shaping the political landscape of Delta State.

He said that the former governor was celebrated for his remarkable contributions, adding that he was regarded as a leader of distinction.

The immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State said that Chief Ibori’s giant strides had earned Ibori a widespread respect and love for his impactful tenure.

Accordng to Dcn. Otuaro, “on Sunday, August 4, 2024, former Delta governor, Chief Ibori marked another year of his influential leadership.

“I conveyed my warm congratulations to Chief Ibori as he marks his 66th birthday.

“I wish him continued success, robust health, and enduring prosperity in the future.”

Otuaro said that he joined the Ibori’s Family, friends and political allies of the former governor to celebrate him on his birthday.
