CASSON’s 48th International Conference To Hold Monday-Friday In Delta

Vice Chairman of the Counseling Association of Nigeria, CASSON, Delta State chapter, Amb Dr Mrs Obi Rose, on behalf of Delta CASSONITES, has extended a warm welcome to all delegates and members to the 48th annual conference in Uvwie.”
This is as CASSON’s 48th International Conference tagged: ‘Delta State 2024,’ begins tomorrow.
In a statement, she added: “We are thrilled to host this esteemed event and wish all CASSONITES a highly successful conference. May this gathering be a time of fruitful discussions, meaningful connections, and spiritual growth, culminating in resounding success. It will end in praises. Once again, you are all welcome to Delta state.”
The event with theme ‘Counseling Approaches for Economic Sustainability in the 21st Century’ will hold at the Jubilee Retreat and Conference Centre, Effurun, Delta State.
According to the organisers, Prof. Ike Chunuwe Sanduana Ifelunni will deliver the Keynote Address, adding that Prof. Oluwafemi Esan, VC, El-Roi University and Prof.Florence Ngozi Ugoji, will present papers during the conference.
Other dignitaries expected at the event include HRM Dr. Emmanuel E Sideso Abe 1 JP, OON OG, Ovie of Uvwie kingdom (Royal Father of the day), Prof.Malami Umar Tambawal, VC, Shehu Shagari University of Education, Sokoto (Host), Prof Akpofure Kim-Kuken, VC, Federal University of Petroleum Resources, FUPRE (Co-Host).

The occasion will be chaired by Hon. (Chief) Fegurson Onwo KSC, Member, Delta State House of Assembly, Isoko South Constituency.
His Excellency, Rt.Hon. (Elder ) Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, Executive Governor of Delta State is also expected to grace the occasion.
