Ereyitomi, Obanyangbon, Oborevwori, Nwoko, Others For Delta NUJ Press Week Dec 30

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Delta State Council, is set to hold this year’s Press Week with theme: ‘Imperative of Proper Leadership Recruitment Process for Good Governance.’
A statement signed by Comrade Churchill Oyowe, President and Comrade Victor Sorokwu, Secretary, added that the Keynote Speaker for the event to hold at NUJ Press Centre, Maryam Babangida Way, Asaba, is Rt. Hon. Patrick Obanyangbon.
The union said that the occasion will be chaired by Rt. Hon. Thomas Ereyitomi, Member Representing Warri Federal Constituency alongside Elder Chris Biose, a veteran journalist and elder statesman.

According to the statement, Special Guests of Honour for the programme are Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State and Mr. Agbu Kefas, Governor of Taraba State.
Also to grace the event are Senator Prince Ned Nwoko, Member Representing Delta North, Senator Seriake Dickson (Bayelsa West) and Senator Adams Oshiomhole (Edo North) who will serve as discussants.
Delta NUJ said HRM Obi Prof. Epiphany Azinge, Asagba of Asaba, wiwll play the role of Royal Father of the Day adding that NUJ President, Comrade Alhassan Yahya (Chief Host), will also be in attendance.
Kickoff time is 11am.
