His Royal Majesty, Clement Ikolo, Urhukpe I, Ovie of Ewu Kingdom, has extended appreciation to Senator Ned Nwoko, representing the Delta North in the National Assembly, for his instrumental role in the recent release of an Okuama leader who was arrested by the military several months ago.

In a statement, the monarch acknowledged Senator Nwoko’s commitment to the plight of the Okuama people and his dedicated efforts in advocating for peace and reconciliation.

“We are grateful for the timely intervention and support of Senator Nwoko, which led to the release of one of the community leaders.
