Igbadi Congratulates Governor Oborevwori At 62, Describes Him As The People’s Governor

The Special Adviser on Infrastructure to the Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori felicitates with the Governor on the auspicious occasion of his 62nd birthday celebration, while describing the Governor as the people’s Governor whose administration has not only concentrated on urban development but rural urbanization.

This goodwill message was made to the Press by the Special Adviser, Chief (Sir) Nat. Igbadi at his office in Asaba, during a chat with newsmen on the Governor’s 62nd Birthday Anniversary on the 19th of June, 2025.

Speaking further, the Special Adviser on Infrastructure noted that the Governor on assuming office on May 29, 2023, divided the Ministry of Works into two separate Ministries and renamed them Ministry of High Way and Ministry of Urban Road with two separate Commissioners In-Charge for realistic reforms and rapid development.

This development according to the Special Adviser is instructive of the Governor Oborevwori’s significant and meaningful achievements in the past two years in office, in terms of developing both the Urban and the Rural Areas of the State, thereby reducing urban-rural migration.

The Special Adviser ceased the opportunity to pray for Governor and wished him sound health, long life and the uncommon wit to pilot the affairs of Delta State to enviable heights.
