3. METHOD OF APPLICATION
(i) Log on to www.ogharapoly.edu.ng, then click on ND, HND or Weekend Application Form.
(ii) Click the payment button to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.OO) for ND Regular 1, and Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) for ND Regular Il, HND & Weekend Programmes online with Verve or Master Debit Card (ATM Card).
(iii) Please complete and submit the online application form with the required information.
Print two (2) copies of the online acknowledgement form to conclude the registration.
4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
(i) National Diploma Programme:
Credits pass in five relevant ‘ O/Level subjects, including Mathematics and English Language in WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB (in not more than two sittings). Prospective ND applicants must have sat for and obtained a score of not less than 100 marks in the 2025 UTME.
(ii) Higher National Diploma Programme:
ND result obtained from NBTE accredited Polytechnic in the relevant department with one year Industrial Training. Candidate with pass in ND result should have at least two years post qualification experience. In addition, candidates must have obtained the basic requirements that qualified them for ND admission as in 4 (i) above.
NOTE :
All Candidates who did not choose Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara as their first choice are advised to access the JAMB website, www.jamb.org and apply for a change of institution to Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara.
All Candidates must ensure that their O/Level result is uploaded to the JAMB website www.jamb.org.
5. SCREENING
The date for the screening exercise will be announced as soon as possible. Candidates are advised to bring writing materials, including HB Pencil and the following documents:
1. Four recent passport-sized photographs, one attached to each of the application/screening forms and the two acknowledgement cards.
2. Bursary receipt for the purchase of the forms
3. Certificates/Statements of result
4. Certificate of local government of origin.
5. Birth certificate or age declaration
