Ogedegbe Inspects More Projects, Reaffirms Commitment To Quality, Lasting Legacies
The Executive Chairman of Ethiope East Local Government Council, Hon. Chief Augustine Ogedegbe, JP, on Saturday, August 23, 2025, carried out another inspection tour of the ongoing projects in the council Secretariat.
The inspection was to make sure that all projects follow the approved architectural drawings, engineering standards, and specifications.
He was accompanied by the Head of Works Department, Engr. Ogodie Christian, and other key officials to check the pace of work, the quality of materials used, and how well the contractors were sticking to the agreed plans.
Speaking after the tour, Hon. Ogedegbe said he was impressed with the progress so far. He also made it clear that his administration will only deliver projects that are durable, useful, and attractive.
“Ethiope East deserves projects that will serve them not just today, but for generations to come.
Every block laid, every foundation raised, and every structure completed under my administration must reflect functionality, beauty, and durability. That way, we can deliver people-oriented legacies and take Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s MORE Agenda down to the grassroots,” he said.
