Senator Dafinone Felicitates Dr. Uduaghan On His 71st Birthday

Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, has congratulated a former Governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, CON, on the joyous occasion of his 71st birthday.
