Igbi 11 Is A Blessing To Agbarha Warri Kingdom –Onogun

The Chairman of Otovwodo (Agbassa) Community, headquarters of Agbarha Warri Kingdom in Warri South Local Government Area, Comrade Desmond Onos Onogun has remarked that HRM Kingsley Emakpor Orereh Igbi 11 the Ovie of Agbarha Warri is a blessing to the kingdom.

Onogun made the remark in an exclusive media chat with our correspondent on the 2nd year anniversary of the traditional ruler on Friday 5th December, 2025.

“On ascension to the throne barely two years ago  HRM Igbi 11 has positively transformed Agbarha Warri Kingdom.

” Indigenes and non indigenes of Warri Kingdom alike, can attest to the fact that he has positively impacted on Agbarha Warri Kingdom both in human and infrastructural developments, ” he added.

The soft spoken bearded chairman of Otovwodo (Agbassa) Community attested that Igbi 11 influenced the rehabilitation of roads and construction of gutters in Mowoe, Igbi, Ginuwa, Ukpokiti, Ope, Akporue, Omoiene, Lower Erejuwa and other areas of the community.

Onogun also disclosed that the Agbarha Warri monarch has empowered scores of less privileged Indigenes and non indigenes in the ancient Urhobo kingdom of Agbarha Warri Kingdom and also made cash donations to developments of churches and government institutions in his domain on ascension to the throne two years ago.

“All these are testament to the fact that Ataneru ( as the traditional ruler is fondly called ) is a blessing and God sent to Agbarha Warri Kingdom. ”

Onogun while congratulating Igbi 11 on his 2nd year anniversary, prayed that God should grant the Ovie of Agbarha Warri Kingdom a long and prosperous reign.
