“Prof. Asagba Is Doing A Great Job In DELSU” — Chief Harrison Jessa Commends University Leadership

An aide to Govenor Sheriff Oborevwori, Chief Harrison Jessa, has commended the leadership of Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, describing the current administration under Professor Asagba as impactful and progressive.
Speaking with journalists on Saturday during the university’s 18th convocation ceremony, he said he was impressed with the steady growth and academic achievements recorded by the institution.
“The Vice Chancellor is doing a very good job in DELSU. Professor Asagba is doing very well and I have seen the progress,” he said.

Chief Jessa noted that the institution’s performance, including the production of first-class graduates, reflects strong leadership and commitment to academic excellence.
He also expressed appreciation to government authorities and stakeholders for their continued support, stressing that collective effort remains key to sustaining the university’s development.
Jessa, who is the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, further congratulated the graduating students and prayed for their success in their future endeavours, urging them to make meaningful contributions to society.
