Betisam College To Represent Delta At 2026 NNPC/SEPLAT PEARLs Quiz Grand Finale

Oasis Magazine reports that Betisam College, Abraka, will represent Delta State at the grand finale of the 2026 NNPC/SEPLAT Joint Venture PEARLs Quiz Competition.

Oasis Magazine reports that the school earned the distinction after emerging as Delta State’s sole representative following a keenly contested preliminary stage.

The grand finale is scheduled to hold on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Imaguero College, Sapele Road, Benin City.

Betisam College will be represented by three SS2 students—Adugbo Precious, Inna Kelvin, and Ekene Nkechi—while Mr. Stephen Ewagba, Lead Instructor and Director II of Betisam Educational Centre, Abraka, will accompany the team as its supervising teacher.

According to information released by the organisers, each participating school is expected to be represented by three SS2 students and one teacher. Schools coming from outside Benin City will be accommodated for four days and have been advised to come with travel bags.

Betisam College will compete against top-performing schools from Edo State and other participating states in the prestigious academic competition, aiming to bring the coveted NNPC/SEPLAT Joint Venture PEARLs Quiz title to Delta State and further reinforce its reputation for academic excellence.
