Governor Soludo Congratulates APGA Chieftain, Chief Victor Oye, On 70th Birthday

The Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has conveyed his hearty congratulations to the former National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Victor Ike Oye, ‘Ozonkpu’, on the happy occasion of his 70th birthday.
