Soft Nigeria Holds Run And Rave Events For Youths In Delta

A group known as Soft Nigeria held a Run and Rave events for youths in celebration of the 66th anniversary of Nigeria’s Independence in Effurun and Ugboroke communities in Uvwie Local Government Area.
Activities marking the events started with a 5 kilometers run from Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) Junction to Delta Career College Ugboroke in Uvwie Local Government Area where the rave was also held.
The pioneer national leaders and coordinators of the group, Hon Collins Leonard Iboyi and Comrade Sylvester Oghenetega Anighorigho who spoke to news men in separate media chats during the epoch making events, explained that the Run section of the celebration was about sports and that Rave section of the event was for party celebration of youths.

Hon Collins Leonard Iboyi had earlier stated that his greatest joy was seeing Nigerian youths coming to celebrate Nigeria’ s Independence day in their numbers and in such a wonderful way.
Comrade Sylvester Oghenetega Anighorigho spoke in the same vein as he noted that the event offered the teaming youths the opportunity to showcase their talent in dancing.
“We are happy that we put smiles on the faces of our youths with these events,” he added
The Director, Social Media Influencer of the group, Mrs Gift Ologide who spoke to news men, disclosed that the events were also aimed at introducing campaign for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT), Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and all All Progressive Congress (APC) candidates in the 2027 general elections.
The immediate past Provost of College of Education (COE) Warri, Dr (Olorogun) Dickson Onovwakpoma(JP )who also spoke to our correspondent, lauded Soft Nigeria group for organizing the event which he said was very successful.
Some participanting youths who spoke to to our correspondent in a media chat during the events affirmed that Soft Nigeria group made their celebration of the 66th anniversary of Nigeria’s Independence memorable and enjoyable.
