By Our Correspondents
An Anti-Corruption crusader, Comrade Prince Kpokpogri, has called on well meaning individuals in Isoko Nation to support fellow indigenes making efforts to make headway in their chosen careers.
Kpokpogri, who made the call in Asaba, when he played host to popular Dancer and Photo Editor, Janemena, stressed the need for the Isokos to support their own, adding such would give the Isokos edge in the comity of ethnic nationalities.
He said that one of the main reasons other ethnic nationalities such as the Yoruba’s, Hausa’s and Igbo’s were in all parts of the country succeeding was because they usually support their own.
The anti-corruption warlord, who was elated by the presence of the celebrity, said : ” I’m happy to host you today because you are really making us proud and I urge you not to you relent but double your effort so that the sky will not be your limit but your starting point.
” I have been following your activities for sometime, yet, I never knew you were an Isoko lady, so; when I found out, I did not waste any motion to meet with you in order to support you.
“In fact, when some of my friends told me that the popular Janemena I have been hearing about is an Isoko, I was shocked and proud that one of our own is doing us proud.
“Ask those who know me well, they will tell you that I don’t joke with my Isoko people, which is why I decided to host you and your entourage today. I ‘m ready to work with u to move our beloved Isoko nation forward.”
Responding, Janemena, who was visibly elated by the hosting, thanked the rights activist for the warm reception given her and her entourage.
She expressed the readiness to work with well meaning Isokos in order to contribute her own quota to the development of Isoko nation.
