Community Newspaper Publishers Pass Vote Of Confidence On Delta Information Commissioner, Aniagwu

The executive and members of Association of Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria, (ACNPN), Delta State Council, has passed a vote of confidence on the Commissioner of Information in the state, Mr. Charles Aniagwu.
At a meeting held in its secretariat yesterday in Asaba, the association in a press statement added: “We resolved to pass a vote of confidence on Aniagwu for his hardwork, wealth of experience and his uncommon wisdom in handling the activities of information management in the state, thereby promoting development that encourages inclusive governance at the grassroots level.”
The chairman of the association, Jude Obiemenyego, Secretary, Mercy Akuba, Public Relations Officer (PRO), Cyprian Eboagu and 27 others, penned their signatures to affirm their confidence in the commissioner’s capacity to deliver.
ACNPN noted that Mr. Charles Aniagwu rose from the position of Chief Press Secretary to Delta State Governor, Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa to Commissioner of Information “because of his track record.”
The statement said that, Mr. Aniagwu “ensured that all publishers come under one umbrella, ACNPN, till date.”
