Breaking: Gov Okowa, Wife Test Positive For COVID-19

The Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa and his wife, Dame Edith Okowa, have tested positive for COVID-19.
Governor Okowà disclosed this through a Facebook post less than 15 mimutes ago.
The post said: “My wife and I have tested positive for COVID-19. We are well and continuing with our isolation/medication. We thank you all for your continued prayers for us and our daughter.”
Some days ago, Governor Okowa took to the social media to announce that he and his family were going on self-isolation for 14 days after his daughter tested positive for COVID-19.
Recall that the Secretary to the State Government, Chiedu Ebie amd Commissioner for Information in the state, Mr. Charles Aniagwu have also tested positive for COVID-19.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Delta at 3.45a.m. had a total of 965 confirmed cases, saying that from this number 752 are on admission.
