JUST IN: NDDC: House Committee Chairman On Niger Delta Steps Down, As Reps Continue Investigation
Chairman of the House of Reps Committee on the Niger Delta, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has recused himself from the hearings after allegations of corruption were directed against him.
The House of Representatives Committee on Nigeria Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has begun its fourth day of public hearing as it investigates alleged financial misappropriation at the agency.
The committee is set to grill Minister of Niger Delta, Senator Godswill Akpabio and the acting Managing Director of the NDDC, Daniel Pondei.
