Assets Decalration: Public Office Holders To Lose Claims Without Compliance

The Office of the Secretary to the Delta State Government, will on Monday, August 28, 2020, commence enforcement of compliance of assets declaration as a precondition for processing of claims due to political office holders and permanent secretaries in the state.
A statement from the Office of the Secretary to State Government, directed all public office holders and permanent secretaries yet to declare their assets to obtain assets declaration forms from the Code of Conduct Bureau.

The statement also directed the affected political office holders to ensure that the forms were duly completed and submitted to the bureau not later than August 28, 2020.
It warned that that the Office of the Secretary to the State Government would ensure that all concerned officers tender evidence of assets declaration as a precondition for further processing of their claims.
